The Way Now

The Way is often what keeps me going strong. It's the, not so simple, simplicity of:

Earn the day.
Have less but better.
Speak less than you know.

Well, there is a new addition to the list: Control the controllable.

Focus on what you can control to simplify your life and reduce stress. Take care of the things within your reach ahead of time, so you’re not weighed down by worry or stress, starting the day calmer. For example, set out everything you need in the morning the night before, so you can just grab it and go. This reduces ths stress and allows you to focus on the things that need your attention. Optimizing what you can control enables you to create space for ease and stop stressing over the things beyond your control.

Yes, easier said that done... But, I'm trying.

It’s because things bother me, it's because I don't have the tools to deal with stupidity and the "stupid on purpose", it's because I want to be efficient, and it's because I don't want to rely on others for things I want done a certain way that this needs to be structured this way. So I can maximize dealing with it successfully.

Stress removal is key at this point of my life. Be proactive not reactive, so things in your control are the best they can be. All else... Try to let them go.

Control the things you can control an build confidence.

So, the way now is:

Earn the day.
Have less but better.
Speak less than you know.
Control the controllable.
