Just Do It

My dog needs to be registered with town every year. When the renewal notice arrives, I have to find the vaccine records and other vet documents, upload them, add some information about the dog, and submit everything within a set window. If I don't handle that email right when it shows up, it gets buried under other messages and tasks. The same happens with car paperwork, bills, and things around the house.

When something needs to get done, just do it right away. If the timing is off, set a reminder for shortly after and take care of it then. Clear it from your list and from your head, so you have room for other things.
