Checkmate

Silence works as control, and most people miss that because they talk to feel noticed or safe, giving away their intent, their position, and their weak points without realizing it. Holding back changes the dynamic, since it gives you time to watch, notice patterns, and let others move first and overextend while you stay still and absorb what happens; there's no reason to rush when things already lean your way.

When you finally speak, it should not open a conversation. It should close one. A single sentence. Clear. Final.

Checkmate.
