• Soldier: Respect Is Earned, Jay Morton (re-read it for a second time, a lot of goodness in this book)
• The Common Sense Way: A New Way to Think About Leading and Organizing, Pete Blaber (re-read it for a second time, a lot of goodness in this book)
• Cow in the Parking Lot: A Zen Approach to Overcoming Anger, Leonard Scheff
• The Light and Fast Organisation: A New Way of Dealing with Uncertainty, Patrick Hollingworth
• The Zen of Therapy: Uncovering a Hidden Kindness in Life, Mark Epstein

• Foundation, Foundation and Empire, Second Foundation, Isaac Asimov (re-read all three)
